1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), U.S. territories, or remote areas.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders over $40 USD qualify for free shipping
  • Orders under $40 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $8 USD

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@chenila.com.
We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.
