Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and labels (if applicable)
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Chenila is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for purchase
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are only issued for approved returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received
