Company Information and Shipping Origin

Chenila is operated from Guangzhou, China. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

We do not currently operate a warehouse or fulfillment center in the United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to customers located in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to:

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories
  • Certain remote or restricted delivery areas

Shipping Fees

  • Orders over $40 USD qualify for free standard shipping
  • Orders under $40 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $8 USD

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends
  • Orders are not processed during Chinese public holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods

Shipping and Delivery Time

As all orders are shipped internationally from China to the United States, delivery times are longer than domestic U.S. shipping.

10–25 business days after shipment

Order Tracking

Chenila is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Chenila is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
